The Kettle Kone will change the way youapproach cooking on your Weber Kettle.
It can be used 2 different ways:
1. For high heat, indirect cooking – the KK placed with the small opening up. Great for chicken wings
2. Reverse searing – the KK placed with the large opening up. Great for steaks
